We're conveniently located at Level 1, 228 Harbord Road Brookvale.

2. Is there onsite parking?

Absolutely! Head up the driveway next to the autoshop and youโ€™ll find parking right outside the door.

3. How many clients per class?

Our classes are capped at a maximum of 15 clients to ensure a personalised experience.

4. Will I have my own personal program or just do what the group is doing?

While we encourage team training, our coaches tailor each session to suit your individual abilities and needs. You can also choose between a strength only, or strength and conditioning class.

5. Will I get close personal attention?

Yes, we're committed to teaching proper technique and ensuring injury-free workouts. Our coaches closely monitor your progress in every class and make sure youโ€™re training for longevity.

6. What type of training do we do?

We incorporate a variety of training methodologies, including strength and resistance, bodyweight training, metabolic conditioning, HIIT, tabata, mobility, stretching, and core workouts. Everything is scalable to your fitness level.

7. What equipment will you have?

We have a diverse range of equipment, including rowers, air bikes, barbells, dumbbells, kettlebells, deadballs, medballs, boxing gear, mats, bands, and more.

8. How much does it cost?

Membership prices start at just $49 per week and depend on how many sessions you choose to attend each week and the length of your commitment.

9. Will I need an assessment before starting?

Yes, we conduct an initial assessment to better understand your abilities and determine how we can assist you in achieving your goals.

10. Will I get corrected on my technique?

Absolutely! Understanding fundamental movement techniques is crucial for injury prevention and longevity.

11. Do you have a creche?

Yes, we offer creche services with or without supervision, so you can have peace of mind while you focus on your training.

12. How much does your creche cost?

  • You can purchase supervised creche on top of your membership for $10 per session during the 9:30am class weekdays.
