OUR MISSION: Being a female gym, we encourage women to learn to love their bodies for what they are capable of instead of solely how they look!

 

We offer small group training. To improve your fitness and health we use:

  • Functional Fitness,

  • Metabolic Conditioning, (HIIT/Tabata)

  • Strength, Weightlifting

  • Cross Training and

  • Gymnastics Strength

We are also one of the few gyms on the Northern Beaches with a creche providing childcare
