OUR MISSION: Being a female gym, we encourage women to learn to love their bodies for what they are capable of instead of solely how they look!

We offer small group training. To improve your fitness and health we use:

We are also one of the few gyms on the Northern Beaches with a creche providing childcare

"I have been at Tone for 7 months and I decided to try the 21 Day Challenge.

Tone Athletica has been a life saver for me.
I feel completely comfortable whilst pushing myself out of my comfort zone. It doesn't matter what level you are at both Georgie and Elle give instructions to help you smash your goals. I have learnt to incorporate training into my everyday routine.
It is great to be in an environment where the coaches can assist with technique to ensure you are doing the movements and don't get injured. It has improved my self-confidence as I can see myself progressing whilst having fun... I love it!

As soon as you try Tone Athletica you will be hooked! When I first started training, I was immediately in love. Tone has made me the healthiest and fittest I have ever been.
Walking into Tone, it is like joining a family. The environment and girls are so welcoming and supportive. Ellie is a greatly experienced and knowledgeable coach who always makes sure you are doing the correct technique during the workouts and also making sure your challenging yourself which is really encouraging! The workouts each day are always a challenge, but they can always be altered to your fitness level.

However, our main concern is that these exercises are seen to be done very poorly and for many women will cause instability in the pelvis causing knee, hip and back pain!

MEET THE TEAM
Elle has been in the fitness industry since 2010. She began CrossFit in 2012, competing in the CrossFit Australian Regionals in 2014. Her team placed 7th in Australia/NZ region earning a world record in one event. After taking some time off to open Tone she went again in 2017 placing 8th in the same competition.
Elle has a passion for women’s fitness and helping girls improve their self-image through fitness and helping and self-loving. Her vision is to create a gym, which allows women to learn how to move, build their strength and fitness and gain respect for their bodies and show them what they can do!
Georgia has her finger on the pulse of the fitness industry! Having coached school girls in rowing, basketball and cross country, Georgia’s love for sport led to building a career in the fitness industry, finding functional training and throwing herself wholly into the process.
Georgia’s passion and enthusiasm for fitness and personable nature makes her a force to be reckoned with. She has a passion for all things gym and seeing clients learn and grow. She finds training and coaching particularly rewarding.
Kayla is a registered Physiotherapist who has always had a passion for health and fitness. She has worked as a personal trainer, group fitness and clinical Pilates instructor since 2012 while completing her degree in Exercise & Sport Science.
She loves combining both professions to treat her clients holistically and enjoys seeing them achieve results.
Kayla believes it is super important to have something to train for. She is all for functional training that is relevant in everyday life. She has previously participated in a range of different sports including playing competitive Gridiron for New South Wales.
Monique is the mother hen of Tone Athletica looking after the creche (the children love her!).
She has been taking part in functional fitness training since coach Elle first introduced her to it 3 years ago and never looked back.
With an impressive array of skills in training (pull ups and handstands) she’s an inspiration for our members and the backbone of Tone’s admin.
I do love all the improvement because you can see it, it’s tangible and you’re getting results!
As challenging as it is, you push though and at the end you feel fantastic because you can see that you’ve given 110% and you’ve achieved it!
So yes I love it!
