"I started Tone with a 21-day challenge and learntso much more about my body than I anticipated. I made new friends instantly and it felt like I'd been training there forever, everyone was so welcoming and the gym had such a good vibe.
I'd done Crossfit before and loved it but found it to hard to do every day of the week but Ellie caters to every level and scales every movement to whatever your ability is which is amazing as there is no anxiety about not being able to do the movements or lift the weights. In only 6 months I have improved so much and have reached goals I never thought I could. I can't wait to keep learning and evolving and see what 2018 has in store.

"Tone appealed to me because of the style of training, I love lifting weights and how it makes you feel not to mention the positive impact it has on your body!
I also loved the fact that its women only, I know how supportive, non-intimidating and inspiring it is to train alongside other women and they have a CRECHE!
I love training alongside like minded women, we all want to be better versions of ourselves and the encouragement and motivation from the other members is awesome. We all have a good laugh, train as best as we can and give each other high-fives and congratulate each other on giving our sessions 100%, how cool is that!

"I have been at Tone for 7 months and I decided to try the 21 Day Challenge.
My fitness and strength has consistently increased however, I really wanted to shed the last stubborn kilos to reach my pre-baby weight.
I was worried that I would feel hungry or really tired on the meal plans; this was not the case. The meals were filling, nutritious and very tasty.
The support of the other women was also very encouraging. It is amazing how I feel and I am now back to my pre-baby weight!

Tone Athletica has been a life saver for me.
I feel completely comfortable whilst pushing myself out of my comfort zone. It doesn't matter what level you are at both Georgie and Elle give instructions to help you smash your goals. I have learnt to incorporate training into my everyday routine.
It is great to be in an environment where the coaches can assist with technique to ensure you are doing the movements and don't get injured. It has improved my self-confidence as I can see myself progressing whilst having fun... I love it!

As soon as you try Tone Athletica you will be hooked! When I first started training, I was immediately in love. Tone has made me the healthiest and fittest I have ever been.
Walking into Tone, it is like joining a family. The environment and girls are so welcoming and supportive. Ellie is a greatly experienced and knowledgeable coach who always makes sure you are doing the correct technique during the workouts and also making sure your challenging yourself which is really encouraging! The workouts each day are always a challenge, but they can always be altered to your fitness level.
I absolutely love it. You will not look back after trying Tone out! Silly not to try it out.

Working out with Elle and the other girls is all about having fun, challenging yourself and others, being totally exhausted afterwards and sometimes frustrated (but always motivated to come to the next session)!
I am so happy to find Tone Athletica and train in such a great and passionate community.
Elle takes good of everyone individually and helps you to improve your strength and wellbeing!
