We offer small group training At Our open & Bright Studio in Brookvale

To improve your fitness and health we use:

  • Functional Fitness,

  • Metabolic Conditioning, (HIIT/Tabata)

  • Strength, Weightlifting

  • Cross Training and

  • Gymnastics Strength

 

I do love all the improvement because you can see it, it’s tangible and you’re getting results!

As challenging as it is, you push though and at the end you feel fantastic because you can see that you’ve given 110% and you’ve achieved it!

So yes I love it!
